RELEASE TENSION & STRESS Reiki is a Japanese energy-healing practice that enhances the body's natural healing abilities, and restorative yoga focuses on gentle, supported poses. Experience the combined benefits of both techniques to recalibrate energy flow, promote emotional balance, and encourage physical healing.
No prior experience is needed, and the practice can be done without touch. Wear comfortable clothes (maybe light layers!), and bring an open heart and curiosity.

Vinyasa flow PLUS yin stillness—a perfect balanced combo we all need in our lives. Our instructors always offer variations to enable you to ramp up or dial back the physical aspects of the practice, so classes are appropriate for a range of students. THREE WEEKS! Key pilates principles and exercises, fused with the functional training techniques and incorporated into a moderately intense workout oriented to overall fitness. Each class will feature different equipment like dumbbells, stability balls, and resistance bands.

Get moving with energizing vinyasas that connect movement and breath. You'll be guided through a dynamic sequence of postures that build strength, flexibility, and balance while cultivating mindfulness and presence. Expect creative transitions, an uplifting pace, and options to modify or amplify depending on your needs. You’ll finish grounded, refreshed, and reconnected!
