ANGLES IN YOUR ASANA Take a closer look at geometrically inspired postures in a fun weeknight special: wide angle, triangle, side angle, pyramid, and bound angle. Delve into variations to modify and challenge the angles of classic postures in your own practice—no protractor needed!

YOU’RE GOING TO LOVE THIS! Enjoy the physical benefits of barre combined with the calming breathwork and mindfulness of yoga. Our first 40 minutes focus on low-impact, high-intensity barre exercises to tone and strengthen your entire body, followed by 20 minutes of yoga-inspired movement and meditation to leave you feeling centered and rejuvenated.
No particular experience is required to enjoy this welcoming space to build strength, flexibility, and inner calm.

TREAT YOURSELF TO SOMETHING NEW! Reiki is a Japanese energy-healing practice that connects you to the universal life force, enhancing the body's natural healing abilities. Restorative yoga focuses on gentle, supported poses that release tension and stress. In Kim’s class, experience the combined benefits of both techniques to restore energy flow, promote emotional balance, and encourage physical healing. No prior experience is needed, and the practice can be done without touch. Wear comfortable clothes (and cozy socks!), and bring an open heart and curiosity.
